NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
*** Please
read carefully ***
Please check all cartons to see that no merchandise
has been left in with the packing material.
Please comply with the following procedures when
loss or damage in shipment occurs:
- If delivered by common carrier (trucking co.),
loss or damage discovered after delivery of shipment
to consignee shall be reported to the delivery carrier
at nearest terminal immediately upon delivery. Hold
contents and container for inspection by carrier
with a prepared statement of facts and circumstances
evidencing loss or damage prior to inspection. Return
a copy of the inspection report to De Nunzio Racing
Products.
- If delivered by a parcel service (UPS, FedEx,
etc.), hold merchandise in original cartons for
inspection. Call carrier and request an inspection.
Return a copy of the inspection to De Nunzio Racing
Products.
- If there is any evidence that Parcel Post shipments
are short or have been tampered with, notify your
local postmaster, who will call and inspect the
shipment. If government insured, file a claim with
your local Post Office.
- De Nunzio Racing products will not be responsible
for adjustments of merchandise in a damaged condition
unless the foregoing has been complied with. The
above procedures must be followed within 24 hours
of your receipt of the shipment.
- De Nunzio Racing Products will not issue credit
for damage or shortage without copy of a claim denial
from carrier.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Merchandise cannot be returned without a Return Part
Authorization number. A 20% handling and processing
charge will be assessed on all merchandise returned,
unless we have made a shipping error. Contact De Nunzio
Racing Products prior to returning any parts. All
returned shipments must be prepaid. Unauthorized or
C.O.D. shipments will be refused. Exchanges or refunds
will be made only within 30 days of the date of purchase.
NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds will be issued for store
credit only. No returns on cut or fabricated material:
i.e. hoses, tubing, sheet metal, flame cut parts,
etc. No returns on electrical parts or components.
WARRANTY
Read Before You Buy
Aftermarket accessories are intended to modify and/or
prepare a vehicle for uses which exceed conditions
anticipated by the vehicle manufacturer. These uses
include higher performance demands and negotiation
of extremely rough terrain. These conditions may vary
in the extreme and cannot be controlled by the vehicle
manufacturer or any aftermarket accessory manufacturer.
- All accessories manufactured or distributed by
De Nunzio Racing Products are intended for “sanctioned
racing use only,” and are sold “as is,”
without any warranty what-so-ever. Implied warranties,
including warranties of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose, are also excluded. The
entire risk as to quality, safety, and/or performance
of such accessories is with the buyer. Should such
accessories prove defective after being installed,
the buyer, not the manufacturer, distributor, or
retailer, assumes the entire cost of any and all
necessary service and/or repair. Vehicles modified
with some De Nunzio Racing Products accessories
may not legally be used on public roads.
- All accessories manufactured by another manufacturer,
whether manufactured exclusively for De Nunzio Racing
Products, or simply distributed by De Nunzio Racing
Products, are warranted to the extent of such warranty
as offered by the manufacturer. You are urged to
request pre-sale information as to the terms of
any warranty which
may apply to accessories distributed by De Nunzio
Racing Products, in advance of your purchase.
- Federal and State laws prohibit removing, modifying,
or rendering inoperable any device or element of
design of the pollution control system on any motor
vehicle used on public roads, and on any 1978 and
newer vehicles used only off-highway. Violation
may result in the imposition of a monetary fine
and/or other penalties.
- The parts and accessories sold in this catalog
are intended for “sanctioned racing application”
only, no other applications are intended or implied.
- Warning: Do not install any De Nunzio Racing Products
component on any vehicle if you do not feel competent
at installing these products without causing present
or future injury to yourself or others. If in doubt,
consult a professional.
