Krupp Bilstein of America warrants its gas pressure
shock absorbers against defects in workmanship and material
for as long as you, the original purchaser, own your vehice. |
If at any time after purchase or installation, a shock malfunctions
and Bilstein determines it to be defective, Bilstein will
either replace, or repair it.
The few exceptions are:
1) Original equipment shocks,
2) Improper installation,
3) Racing, Off-Road, and/or competition use,
4) Use on modified or other than Bilstein-recommended
vehicles.
Bilstein's liability for defective shocks is limited to
replacement with a new or reconditioned Bilstein shock.
Rubber parts, mounting hardware, and/or labor charges are
not covered under warranty. Proof of purchase is necessary
to process any warranty.
